The UXB workouts provide strength, balance, and stability benefits all at once. Because the ball creates an unstable surface, your muscles engage more deeply to maintain control, which strengthens your core, lower-body, and upper-body simultaneously. The balance component is built right in, even a simple seated or standing exercise challenges coordination and stabilizer muscles, improving overall balance and functional movement.

Fun, Accessible Sports Therapy

 UXB workouts are built on the same principles Khouri uses clinically: stability, controlled movement, balance training, and functional strength. While the classes are accessible and fun, the programming is structured enough to support rehabilitation goals and enhance athletic performance. They can be used as part of a sports therapy-based approach or simply enjoyed as a reliable, low-impact fitness program.

  • Modifications For Injuries

    All of our videos offer built-in modifications, and during live classes, I provide adjustments on the spot. Most participants in my classes are managing either a current or previous injury, and my background as a Sports Therapist helps ensure every modification is safe and effective. For someone with existing injuries, we can adapt movements to protect sensitive areas while still delivering strength and balance benefits.
